Our occupational therapists fabricate specialised splints and prescribe ready made splints. Splints are used in the treatment of a variety of conditions and can be used to rest painful or swollen joints, improve the function of joint or to immobilise a joint. The Manchester OT occupational therapists will assess if a splint is needed and the best splint for your problem.
